We cut rugby jerseys, rugby shorts, match kits, and training apparel to your tech pack in heavyweight polyester knit, interlock polyester, stretch performance fabrics, bird-eye mesh, or reinforced rugby materials, 180–320 GSM, then approve the sample before bulk.
Minimum 10 pieces per design and colorway. Sampling 7–10 business days. Bulk 3–5 weeks after approval, depending on volume and construction. Pricing scales with quantity. Private label for clubs, academies, retailers, and sportswear brands in the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.
Rugby uniform fabrics
The fabric specification depends on whether the order is for match jerseys, shorts, training apparel, union kits, league kits, youth uniforms, or women's rugby uniforms. A contact match jersey and a training top should not be built from the same fabric without reviewing the program.
We work with heavyweight polyester knit, interlock polyester, stretch performance fabrics, bird-eye mesh, and reinforced rugby materials from 180–320 GSM. Fabric is selected according to contact level, stretch, breathability, durability, and decoration method.

Moisture management and ventilation
Rugby kits need to manage heat and moisture through tackling, scrums, training, and repeated match use. Fabric that holds moisture can feel heavy and affect comfort during contact.
We use moisture-wicking and quick-dry constructions for matches and training. Ventilated bird-eye mesh panels can be added to improve airflow while keeping contact areas strong.

Strength and contact durability
Rugby uniforms are exposed to tackling, pulling, scrums, repeated washing, and field contact. Shoulder seams, side seams, and number areas need stronger construction than standard sportswear.
Construction can include reinforced shoulder seams, bartack reinforcements, double-needle stitching, stretch-thread, and durable panels. Fabric, sublimation, stitching, logos, and measurements are checked during QC.

Rugby fit engineering
Rugby kits need to move through running, tackling, scrums, and lifting without pulling across the shoulder or chest. Fit also needs to reflect the program, including union, league, youth, and women's blocks.
We develop professional, athletic, regular, youth, and women's cuts. Youth and women's sizing are graded from dedicated patterns rather than reduced from the men's block.

Embroidered crests, woven badges, silicone logos, tackle twill, heat-applied graphics, captain marks, and sponsor applications can be used where the fabric and seam allowance can hold the stitch or twill through contact. Placement and attachment are reviewed during sampling and QC.
Private label development
Woven labels, neck labels, size labels, care instructions, hangtags, barcode stickers, branded packaging, player personalization, and retail-ready presentation can be developed for rugby apparel brands and teamwear suppliers. Set this at sampling so bulk is not waiting on trims.
Custom team identity
Home, away, alternate, tournament, union, league, youth, and women's kits can be developed with Pantone matching, contrast panels, stripe designs, collar options, sleeve details, and coordinated shorts. The kit is built as your club identity, not a relabeled stock jersey.
