Soccer kits that keep the jersey, short, number, and color you approved.
Soccer buyers notice the mismatch before anything else: peeling numbers, shorts cut from a different dye lot, or academy sizing that feels like a reduced senior kit. We cut soccer jerseys, shorts, training kits, and academy uniforms to your tech pack in Polyester Interlock, Micro Mesh, Jacquard Knit, Bird Eye, or Recycled Polyester, 120–180 GSM, then approve the kit sample before bulk production.
Minimum 10 pieces per design and colorway. Sampling 7–10 business days. Bulk 3–5 weeks after approval, depending on volume and construction. Pricing scales with quantity. Private label for clubs, academies, and sportswear brands in the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.
Soccer kit fabrics
The fabric specification depends on whether the order is for match kits, training kits, academy uniforms, or recreational programs. A match jersey and a weekly training kit should not automatically use the same construction or weight.
We work with Polyester Interlock, Micro Mesh, Jacquard Knit, Bird Eye, and Recycled Polyester from 120–180 GSM. Fabric is selected according to breathability, drape, print method, durability, and whether the kit needs to support youth, women's, or custom sizing.
Key points
- 120–180 GSM fabric range for match, training, academy, and recreational kits
- Polyester Interlock for smooth jersey construction
- Micro Mesh and Bird Eye for airflow
- Jacquard Knit for textured performance options
- Recycled Polyester available when specified
- Material specifications can be matched to your tech pack
Moisture management and airflow
Soccer kits need to manage heat and moisture through matches, training, and academy sessions. Poor airflow can make jerseys feel heavy and uncomfortable during play.
We use moisture-wicking and quick-dry fabrics for matches and training. Breathable mesh zones can be added where extra airflow is needed without weakening the kit.
Key points
- Moisture-wicking fabrics help move sweat away from the body
- Quick-dry construction supports match and training use
- Breathable mesh zones can be built into selected panels
- Fabric weight can be adjusted according to match or training use
- Ventilation placement is reviewed during sampling
Construction and wash durability
Soccer uniforms are exposed to repeated washing, stretching, competition, and long-season use. Weak seams or poor print compatibility can cause numbers, graphics, and measurements to drift from the approved sample.
Construction can include reinforced seams, cover stitching, and stretch-thread. Fabric, color, sublimation accuracy, measurement, stitching, and kit matching are checked before packing.
Key points
- Reinforced seams for repeated match and training use
- Cover stitching for clean, durable construction
- Stretch-thread where movement and recovery are required
- Jersey and short matching reviewed during QC
- Bulk construction follows the approved sample kit
Soccer fit engineering
Soccer kits need to move through sprinting, kicking, tackling, and training without pulling at the shoulder, waist, or short opening. Fit also needs to be appropriate for youth, women's, and custom team sizing.
We develop professional, athletic, regular, youth, women's, and custom team sizing. Youth and women's patterns are graded on their own blocks rather than reduced from the men's pattern.
Key points
- Match, training, academy, home, away, and third kit fits can be developed
- Jersey and short measurements can be matched to your size chart
- Youth and women's sizing use dedicated grading
- Fit is reviewed during sampling before bulk production
- Approved measurements become the production reference
Customization options
Choose from our full range of decoration techniques to create your signature look.
Sublimation printing
High-definition sublimation with unlimited colors for team graphics, sponsor logos, player names, front numbers, back numbers, sleeve graphics, gradients, stripes, and custom patterns. The graphic is printed into the fabric so it stretches with the knit and does not sit on top of the jersey.
Team logos and embroidery
Embroidered crests, woven badges, silicone logos, heat-applied emblems, sleeve marks, and sponsor applications can be placed where the fabric and seam allowance can hold the branding through a season. Placement and attachment are checked during sampling and QC.
Private label development
Neck labels, woven labels, size labels, care instructions, hangtags, barcode stickers, packaging, player personalization, and retail-ready presentation can be set to your brand guidelines before bulk starts.
Color matching and kit development
Home, away, third, academy, training, and tournament kits can be built with Pantone matching, custom patterns, sleeve graphics, collar variations, coordinated shorts, and matching color standards. The kit is yours, not a relabeled stock jersey.
