We build low-impact, medium-impact, and high-impact sports bras to your tech pack in Nylon-Spandex or Polyester-Spandex, 180–320 GSM, with support, cups, straps, seams, and measurements checked through sampling before bulk.

Sports bra fabrics
The fabric specification depends on the support level and intended activity. A low-impact studio bra, medium-impact training bra, and high-impact running bra should not all use the same fabric behavior or construction.
We work with Nylon-Spandex and Polyester-Spandex from 180–320 GSM. Options include brushed performance knits, ribbed constructions, recycled polyester, and seamless yarn, selected according to support, stretch, recovery, and hand feel.

Stretch, moisture, and comfort
Sports bras sit close to the skin and need to support movement without rubbing, trapping heat, or losing recovery after washing. Comfort depends on both the fabric and the support construction.
We can build with four-way stretch, moisture-wicking, quick-dry, breathable knits, anti-odor finishes, and UV-protection finishes. These features are selected according to training, yoga, running, gym, or lifestyle use.

Stitching and construction
Sports bra seams need to hold under tension without irritating the skin. Edges, underbands, cups, and straps must survive repeated wear and wash cycles.
Construction can include flatlock seams, overlock, cover stitching, bonded seams, reinforced underbands, power mesh panels, and adjustable straps. Measurements, cup placement, underband, straps, and stitching are checked during QC.

Support and fit engineering
Support level must be built into the pattern, not guessed after the sample. Underband height, strap width, cup shape, padding, and compression all affect how the bra performs.
We develop low-impact, medium-impact, and high-impact sports bras with removable cups, molded padding, reinforced underbands, power mesh panels, and adjustable straps where required.

Screen print, sublimation, silicone transfer, reflective graphics, puff print, high-density logos, chest marks, back marks, and underband artwork can be developed for low-impact, medium-impact, and high-impact bras. Pantone matching is available so the color you approve is the color that ships.
Embroidery and branding
Embroidered logos, tonal embroidery, 3D embroidery, woven emblems, decorative stitch, and small branding details can be used where the fabric, strap, or panel construction can hold the stitch without pulling or irritating the wearer.
Private label components
Woven labels, heat-transfer neck labels, care labels, size labels, branded straps, branded underbands, removable-cup notes, hangtags, barcode stickers, and retail packaging can be set to your brand guidelines before bulk starts.
Fabric and color development
Custom fiber mix, rib texture, compression level, dye color, power mesh placement, cup color, elastic color, and performance finish can be developed around your support level. The bra is yours, not a relabeled stock style.
