Trousers disappoint when the French Terry pills, cuffs lose recovery, pocket bags fail, or the inseam changes after the sample is signed off. We cut joggers, training pants, athletic trousers, and travel pants to your tech pack in Cotton-Poly, French Terry, Fleece, Polyester-Spandex, Nylon-Spandex, or performance woven fabrics, 220–420 GSM, then sample the rise, cuff, trims, and measurements before bulk.
Minimum 10 pieces per design and colorway. Sampling 7–10 business days. Bulk 3–5 weeks after approval, depending on volume and construction. Pricing scales with quantity. Private label for brands, retailers, and distributors in the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.
Trouser fabrics
The fabric specification depends on whether the trouser is a jogger, training pant, athletic trouser, travel pant, or lifestyle piece. A French Terry jogger and a performance woven travel pant should not share the same fabric assumptions.
We work with Cotton-Poly blends, French Terry, Fleece, Polyester-Spandex, Nylon-Spandex, and performance woven fabrics from 220–420 GSM. Fabric is selected according to warmth, stretch, recovery, drape, pocket construction, and intended use.

Performance and comfort features
Trousers need to hold shape through repeated sitting, training, travel, washing, and everyday wear. Fabric should resist pilling, manage movement, and support the intended silhouette.
We can build with moisture-wicking, four-way stretch, quick-dry, thermal insulation, anti-pilling treatments, and breathable constructions where required.

Bartack and seam durability
Trousers are stressed at pocket bags, cuffs, crotch points, waistbands, drawcord exits, and zipper areas. Weak construction can fail quickly after repeated wash and wear.
Construction can include reinforced seams, bartack reinforcements, cover stitching, durable pocket bags, cuff construction, and trim checks. Measurements, stitching, trims, rise, cuff, and stripe placement are checked before packing.

Fit and functional design
Trouser fit depends on rise, inseam, leg shape, waistband, pocket placement, cuff opening, and drawcord or zipper details. These details need to be built into the pattern before bulk production begins.
We develop slim, athletic, tapered, relaxed, and straight-leg silhouettes, with custom waistbands, pockets, cuffs, drawcords, and zipper details.
